The hotel is in a great location. It is a couple minutes from the main train station, which if travelling from either of the airports via public transport is very handy. The train station also is connected to the metro station, which can be used to get around the city easily. It is just 8 minutes from the metro to the stop for the Vatican city. You can walk to the Colosseum in around 10 minutes and the Trevi foundation in around 20 minutes. The hotel itself was incredible too. From the moment we arrived to check in, the staff were welcoming and helpful. Always on hand if you were to need anything. The room was spacious, which after a long day of sightseeing was nice, we appreciated being able to sit and unwind and not feel cramped. The breakfast was lovely and had good options. It was from 6:30am-10:30am, which was great, especially if you want an early start to go and sightsee and be able to have something quick to eat. I could not recommend this hotel enough.

As regards the staff: Monica is super friendly and very helpful! I particularly liked the fact that she came to me and introduced herself (we had been emailing before the stay). She also gave us a free bottle of water before leaving, which was great considering the temperatures outside! Other staff was ok. The hotel has an authentic Italian atmosphere, is comfortable and the price-quality relation is good. The hotel is located really well, near Termini station. The rooms are big and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The views from the hotel room spectacular! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay there also next time. Breakfast is fantastic. There is a variety of Italian specialties and fresh fruit. Really great! Grazie per un soggiorno splendide a Roma!

hygiene: hotel is very clean, rooms are very clean not a single spot or comment to make about hygiene! covid-19 hygiene measures are also available. room: size is very large and comfortable. 2 pillows on each bed. breakfast: variety of salted and sweet treats, including cheese, cold cuts, good coffee, fresh juices and bread and pastries. eggs and omlete. staff: all are so nice and polite. always ready. reception: they offered a coffee and two bottles of waters at check out and we were allowed to wait in the lobby between (late) check out and taxi. the hotel is connected to hotel Mediterraneo which has a roof top bar very nice views in the evening. enjoy 😉

The hotel is very close to Termini station which connects airport to city center. There are lots of restaurants with different type of Italian foods. You can easily walk around to find all places that you already marked to visit. I also have to mention about the staff, they're very friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded without even asking. If you're one of those people who need breakfast to fire the engine, you won't be disappointed.

The friendliest staff. They could not do enough for you. Gorgeous hotel. Big fireplace near reception. We adored our robes and slippers. The shower was amazing. The lighting in the bathroom was great to get ready. There are USB ports. The bed is very comfy. Really gorgeous surroundings and the staff made the experience to be honest.
